Absolutely amazing!! Thank for you sharing as always. This band will never fail to impress me. Sing, Sing, Sing and Fireball brought flashbacks from their 2018 Rose Parade appearance.
Astonishing as always. Man, that has to be something else to hear in person Sing, Sing, Sing, especially played in this close-quarters venue that concentrates the decibels! Like all performances in Japan, I am struck with how subdued the audience reaction is to the band: polite applause, and that's it. In contrast, as we saw during the 2018 Rose Bowl parade, American audiences would leap to their feet screaming and hollering. The band was taken aback after its RB march: they had never experienced such enthusiastic crowd reactions like the Americans gave them. And understandably so!
Outstanding as allways, so impressive never seen so many happy smiling faces Kyoto Tachibana SHS Band is such a joy to watch, they just never seem to stop still for a break , their allways moving, dancing , singing and playing the instruments, they definitely are the best , I have spent many hours watching them and never tire , well done their parents and teachers all must be very proud of each and every one of the students, I know I am 👏👏👏👏👏👍😀💜😀

They are indeed the gold standard for a marching band. Once you've heard them do Sing Sing Sing, you can't help but compare all other bands to the Tachibanas. I have yet to hear any other band that comes close in a marching environment.
a lot of them graduated. New students, the new 1st year players, do not join the 'wind club' until "spring time" ruclips.net/video/OQGOk5W3Blc/видео.html
This group has members from all 3 years of senior high school and the club currently comprises of approximately 133 members. If you are comparing this with the Rose Parade group, note that it included alumni of the club which increased the numbers to about 200.
It does look a bit smaller than the September march. Often, what happens is that for any one performance, the size of the band must either expand or contract. It's quite possible that some of the first year kids had to sit this one out to meet some sort of "size quota." For a stadium appearance, which is an infinitely large stage, they can cram every eligible student on the field. One of the advantages of a limited-size performance is that it tends to weed out the less-experienced band members (first year kids) so that you end up with a much tighter sound. Such was the case for this show: they sounded VERY good, with very few perceptible mistakes.

Always love hearing Zippyidy Do Da sung in Japanese
It is the very definition of "kawai."
I never get tired of watching these kids, they are fantastic!!! :D
It was a great performance again. It must be so hard not to dance during Fireball. Keep it up Ladies !

I just can’t watch marching bands without comparing them to these kids, they are what all marching bands should strive to be.

前田様の動画がUPされるといつもほっとします(^-^;
Is the band smaller this year, or is this a smaller group?
